AICTE IDEA Lab cultivates a culture of hands-on exploration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and rapid experimentation.
The lab is a perfect blend for innovation — whether it’s designing assistive devices with real-world impact, addressing local industry challenges, or transforming classroom concepts into tangible prototypes. It also serves as a platform for faculty development, industry consultancy, and community outreach. As the Chief Mentor, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing students evolve from passive learners to active doers — taking ownership of their learning and confidently navigating the innovation process. The IDEA Lab aligns seamlessly with the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and the National Education Policy 2020, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset.
